The Bridge continues to move along on-schedule and under-budget. Glass and drywall installation is underway and all utilities are being roughed in. The exteriors of the building will be completed in the next several weeks.
Construction is underway on the Skate Park, with the shotcrete being started next week – please do not touch

We expect that Phase 1 of the Bridge construction will be completed in July. The interior furnishings and equipment will be installed and tested so the Bridge is opened as scheduled in August.
Please mark your calendars for the special Bridge Grand Opening weekend on August 13-14.
In the past 6-weeks, the new construction has made great progress and is still on schedule for completion next July. This past weekend we officially celebrated the groundbreaking and the building was dedicated to be used by God. The Ripple Effect program has been extended 1-year to carry through the Bridge Grand Opening next August. Please continue to give generously so we can complete this building with cash. Thursday night we received the final approval from City of Chandler for our new electronic monument sign along Alma School Road. The sign purchase is underway with construction planned to be completed before the end of the year, hopefully in time for Christmas Eve.

Some important dates, facts, and prayers:
- Building construction is underway and we anticipate completion in 10-months.
- A neighborhood meeting will occur on Thursday, September 23 for the new electronic monument sign along Alma School Rd. Our plans will be reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council in October.
- October 23-24 will be a groundbreaking celebration and dedication weekend.
- We will officially celebrate the Ripple Effect program completion at the Bridge Dedication in 2011!
- The Bridge @ CCC Grand Opening will be in August 2011!
- God-willing working through his people we will begin soon thereafter the construction of the auditorium “half” of the building.
- Pray for wisdom for CCC Leadership in decisions led by the Holy Spirit!
- Pray for “smooth sailing” for the construction process!
- Pray for the successful impact of the Bridge programming and facility!

The construction work is progressing well along Germann Road to move the utilities and provide access for our new driveway. This work will continue for several more weeks.
This week we received approval to pull the permits for the construction of the new building. Building construction will start once we receive final permission from our bank and title company. This is expected by the end of August.
The construction of the Bridge @ CCC is expected to be completed in 10-months once started.
